Public Hearing: Approval of the Intergovernmental Agreement Concerning Purchase of the PUMA 66 Property, Exchange of Reciprocal Conservation Easements, And Lykins Gulch Drainage Improvements; County proposes entering into an IGA with the City of Longmont that provides for the joint purchase of the PUMA 66 property, additional open space purchases from willing sellers, expansion of the Sending Area of the Longmont TDR IGA, and County agreement to exempt Longmont's Lykins Gulch storm drainage project from some County land use processes. The PUMA 66 property is 160 acres of land and water rights located on the south side of Vermillion Road between Highway 287 and North 95th Street. 

Public Hearing re: Beach (David) Property - County proposes to purchase 2 mining claims totaling approximately 7 acres of land, located approximately 4 miles up Magnolia Drive (south side of Magnolia).

Request for Approval of a proposed service plan for the Coal Creek Canyon Park and Recreation District to provide, acquire, operate and maintain public improvements and services consisting of monumentation, lighting, landscaping, storm drainage, park and recreation facilities, a community fitness and recreation center, and other improvements including but not limited to playgrounds, picnic areas and shelters, hiking paths, outdoor ice rink and sled hill, bricked plazas, and outdoor stage and sports areas; by Park and Recreation Vision Group, in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code.
