Resolution 2009-100 Parks and Open Space Sales & Use Tax Extension; 0.25% currently expiring in 2019 to be extended to 2034 (15 years) with 20-year Capital Improvement Trust Fund bonds to be issued, payable from revenues from the extended tax through 2029;

2.
Resolution 2009-101 ClimateSmart Loan Program; New bond authorization of $40 million (or more, if including an amount to be used to issue bonds for financing Local Improvement Districts in other counties, pending legislative change and voter authorization in those counties);

3.
Resolution 2009-102 Qualified Energy Conservation Bonds; Authorized under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (the federal stimulus bill). Boulder County has received a direct allocation of bond capacity of $3,069,026; 

4.
Resolution 2009-103 Term Limit for the District Attorney; Extension to a maximum of 3 terms;

5.
Resolution 2009-104 Ballot title adoption for the above ballot issues.

Location: Start in parking lot of the Boulder County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder
The trip will provide an opportunity to tour the staff-proposed alignments for the Lyons to Boulder Regional Trail. Only 14 seats will be available for members of the public.  Participants will remain in the vehicles throughout the trip. Due to the limited space available for this tour, seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.  For a seat, please contact Jesse Rounds on 303-678-6271.

Due to the limited number of spaces available for this tour, and the logistics requiring two vehicles to transport the public and POSAC members, members of POSAC will be cautioned not to discuss public business and notes will be taken within the POSAC van.  Boulder County staff will not answer questions about trail suitability.  POSAC members will likely travel in a vehicle separate from the public, but staff will be available to answer questions from both groups.

This public meeting will not provide an opportunity for public comment.
