Use Code (Expanded Transfer of Development Rights program,
including structure size considerations), including a review
of the companion Site Plan Review regulations and related
definition amendments, all as adopted in Resolution 2008-72
approving Docket DC-05-002h, effective August 8, 2008);
Six-month review of the above-described Land Use Code amendments
as mandated in Article 4-1307 of the Code. The purpose of the
hearing will be to hear staff comments, take public testimony,
and have Board discussion on the subject amendments and how they
have been operating since their implementation last August. No
additional proposed regulatory amendments have been authorized
at this time or will be presented by staff at this review
hearing. Based on this review hearing, the Board may direct
staff to prepare further amendments for formal consideration at
a later date (of which the public will receive notice) or take
other action as the Board deems appropriate.
