The funds may arrive in Boulder

the County government (Community Development Block Grants)
-
Regional distributions from
organizations like the Denver Regional Council of Governments (for example,
funds for transportation projects)
-
Allocations to the State of
Colorado that are then distributed locally through formula funds, grants,
competitive processes, etc.
-
Allocations to Federal agencies
that provide services in Boulder County, such as Housing and Urban Development
(HUD), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Head Start, etc.
These channels each have unique
processes for funding distributions, and thus we will receive information about
Boulder County's specific allocations at varying times. We will continue to post
updates on these allocations as we receive them.
