Boulder County Forest Health

Forest Health Program

The forest health program is designed to promote forest sustainability through outreach and education with private landowners. Outreach and education play a vital role in disseminating ecological and environmental information to landowners to promote sound forest management practices on private lands.

We believe working with individuals and communities to encourage healthy forests is important to making a positive impact on our natural ecosystems. Boulder County staff is available to help answer questions and work together with residents to help increase public awareness of forest health issues.
