Facilities Management

The Facilities Division is responsible for the management, maintenance and janitorial services for County-owned office buildings and facilities. Approximately 40 full-time employees maintain 20 facilities scattered throughout Boulder County which total one million square feet. Snow removal and grounds' maintenance are among the varied responsibilities of the maintenance division, while the janitorial division provides evening cleaning and day porter services.
