The Boulder County Commissioners and Parks and Open Space department staff are hosting the grand opening of the .8-mile Fourmile Link Trail connecting Benjamin Loop with Fourmile Canyon Drive at Betasso Preserve on Thursday, July 12, at 3 p.m. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at the bridge over Fourmile Creek.
Agenda:
- Hike, bike, or horseback from Benjamin Loop, OR
- Shuttle from Boulder Canyon park-n-ride to ceremony site begins 2:30 (see map below for shuttle pickup site).
- Ribbon cutting ceremony begins at 3:00 p.m. at the bridge (.25-mile steep hike from Fourmile Canyon Drive.)
- Nature hike after the ceremony.
- Last shuttle back to Boulder Canyon lot leaves at 4:15 p.m.
