Real property values
and business personal
property values are determined by the Boulder County Assessor's Office. These
property value assessments are used to calculate the annual property taxes that
are collected by the County Treasurer.
The property tax assessment Appeal period for Business Personal
property is from June 15 to July 10.
At this time our office is
only accepting Property Inquiries.
If you disagree with your property value you may file an
inquiry online by clicking on the Next button below. Or, you can
download a mail-in inquiry form and mail or fax it to the Assessor, or deliver it in person.
