If you disagree with your property value for the
current year, you may file an inquiry online. Or, you can fax or mail your
inquiry to the Assessor, or deliver it in person.
Attachments with your online submittal
If you
are sending attachments with your online inquiry, please note that
the total size of all attachments must not exceed 1 Mb.
Attachments greater than 1 Mb will cause your online inquiry submittal to fail.
If you
would like to provide attachments along with your online inquiry that are greater
than 1 Mb in size, please call our office at 303-441-4830 and we will
make alternative arrangements for you to email them to us. Thank you.
Verifying your online inquiry after
submittal
Once you have submitted your inquiry, you should
receive an auto-reply to confirm receipt.
To verify this inquiry request and complete the filing, you must send
back an email to us to confirm receipt. Simply click the reply
button and hit send.
If you don't receive an auto-reply,
please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder—it may have been
placed there by your email system. Please reply to the message there.
