Nervig Property - County proposes to purchase approximately 28 acres of irrigated agricultural land, located on the east side of Highway 287 about halfway between Arapahoe and Isabelle roads, and creating a lot around the existing house and driveway for a future sale subject to a conservation easement. (AR: Decision)

Walker Ranch Property - County proposes to sell approximately 0.13 acres of open space land, located on the south side of Gross Dam Road approximately 1/2 mile from Gross Reservoir, to the Denver Water Board. (AR: Decision)

Cushman Property Easement - County proposes to grant an approximately 40 foot long x 15 foot wide easement, for an underground irrigation pipe to Mr. Don Dolifka, over the Cushman Open Space property located 1 mile north of highway 66 and east of North 75th Street. (AR: Decision)
