FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT 06-20 FW

It has been determined that you are an adjacent property owner to the subject project. Notice is hereby given that the County Engineer has determined that Floodplain Development Permit #06-20 FW has been issued to Terrance and Judith Paul of 3787 Spring Valley Road (Lot 22, Spring Valley Estates) meets applicable standards for approval, subject to the condition that the revised landscape plan is accepted by the Commissioners. The work to be done under this permit consists primarily of landscape improvements, including: a diversion structure (to divert  stream flows to an existing pond); a low-head bridge crossing; improvements to an existing on-site bridge; and landscaping consisting of pathways, gardens, native boulders and water fountains. The proposed work will occur in the Twomile Canyon Creek floodway. The floodplain development permit application is based upon the landscape improvements proposed in the revised landscape plan.
