Interest (1041) for a major facility of a public utility. This

near Longmont. This includes installation of an underground
transmission line for approximately 0.5 mile northeast of Longmont, and upgrades to the overhead transmission lines for
approximately 1.3 miles, west of Longmont; by Platt River Power
Authority c/o Mike Dahl; in accordance with the Boulder County
