PUMA 66 property, additional open space purchases
from willing sellers, expansion of the Sending Area
of the Longmont TDR IGA, and County agreement to

rights located on the south side of Vermillion Road

the Coal Creek Canyon Park and Recreation District to

lighting, landscaping, storm drainage, park and
recreation facilities, a community fitness and
recreation center, and other improvements including but
not limited to playgrounds, picnic areas and shelters,
hiking paths, outdoor ice rink and sled hill, bricked
plazas, and outdoor stage and sports areas; by Park and

originally described as being generally bounded on the
southwest by Golden Gate Canyon State Park, on the north
