Club); The Boulder Country Club has submitted a building
permit (BP-08-321) for additions to the tennis building
facility for men’s and women’s locker rooms & showers,
and to the exercise/cardio room. The Boulder Country
Club Special Use Review (Docket SU-93-018) was
conditionally approved by the Board of County
Commissioners on November 29, 1993, which allows certain
expansion to and improvements of the golf course, tennis
facilities, and accessory structures. The applicants
have submitted this proposal for review by Boulder
County for a determination if the proposal is a
significant modification to Docket SU-93-018. This

State Interest (1041) for extensions and replacement of
water lines. This request is for replacing and upgrading
the existing Betasso Penstock (untreated water line) and
recycling intact portions of the existing Orodell and
Betasso Penstocks to less demanding uses.; by The City
