Revenue Stability Work Group Video
In April of 2005, the Consortium of Cities
made revenue stability one of its four top priorities. The “Revenue
Stability Work Group” was created to continue the discussion, begin
research, and formulate ways to move forward. Their work resulted in a
resolution passed by the Consortium of Cities endorsing efforts toward
consideration and adoption of a model for revenue sharing and a final
report. A meeting of elected officials was convened on March 4, 2009, to discuss the next
steps.
