A. An alternate may be a member of the staff of the governing body they represent or a member of that governing body's Planning Board.

"Active" status will be reinstated at the formal request of the inactive Council, Board, or Commission and at the attendance at a regular meeting of the member or designated alternate in question.

VIII. Regular Consortium meetings will be held on a bimonthly basis on the first Wednesday of the month. Special meetings may be held as determined by the Chair.

IX. Consortium meeting places will be rotated from jurisdiction to jurisdiction as determined by the Consortium at its previous meeting.

X. Minutes of the Consortium will be kept and transcripts of each meeting will be prepared summarizing the major issues discussed. The minutes will be sent to all members in advance of the next meeting for review.

XI. The County will provide office and staff support to the Consortium.

XII. When necessary and appropriate, the Consortium will convene as the Local Review Team for the State Impact Assistance Program, with procedures described in Addendum A.

XIII. Robert's Rules of Order Revised will apply on all questions of order not specifically addressed by the above provisions.
