Note:  For the 11/5/2002 General Election, the number of precincts indicated as voting in city, school district, and special district contests consists of all precincts within the ballot style for that jurisdiction, including those which do not have any voters in the jurisdiction. It also includes the 8 days of absentee counting, 7 days of early vote counting for each of the 4 early voting sites, and the 3 election day voting sites at the Boulder County Clerk's offices. At the end of the vote count on Election Night, all contests will show 1 additional precinct to be counted. This is for the provisional ballot count which will occur on or about November 15th.
