Election.

the Democratic, Libertarian or Republican party to be
eligible to vote in the 2010 Primary Election.

Unaffiliated voters may
affiliate with a political party through Election Day to
receive a ballot and vote.

July 12 was the last day
for affiliated voters to change or withdraw from a political party for the primary
election.
