Elections Division -  Become a 2008 Election Judge


The Boulder County Clerk & Recorder's office is encouraging registered voters to
help make the 2008 General Election a success by becoming a
Boulder County election judge.

 Hundreds of election judges are still needed for the:

  • Tuesday, November 4, General Election

Your participation is crucial to carrying out America's democratic process.
Election judges are needed to:

  • Set up polling places

  • Assist voters

  • Explain proper voting procedures

To become a Boulder County election judge you are simply required to: 

  • Reside in Boulder County

  • Be a registered Colorado voter

  • Attend training

Once you sign up to become a Boulder County election judge, you will receive a confirmation
card in the mail. After you return the confirmation card, you will receive a training schedule in the

mail and can attend any one of our training courses at your convenience.

 

Election judges can volunteer their services or be paid $150 for attending
training and serving on an Election Day.
