Registering
to vote in Colorado is a step towards becoming a Colorado
resident.
If
you're in the State of Colorado temporarily, you may want to
register and vote in your home state.
Establishing residency can potentially impact your financial aid
among other things. You may want to check with your parent(s)/guardian(s) before registering.
Are you an out-of -state student planning to establish
residency in Colorado? If so, you may want to register to vote
here. You're eligible to register to vote in Colorado if you
meet the following criteria:

You are eighteen years of age or older on the date of the
next election

You are a citizen of the United States

You have resided in Colorado and the precinct
in which you intend to register, 30 days
prior to the election in which you intend to vote
If you meet these
requirements and want to register to vote in Colorado,
you can return a

to our office.
It is crucial that you update your address information
immediately after moving to a new address.
