Elections Division - Vote by Mail

If you enjoy voting from home or if you plan to be out of town for the General Election on Tuesday, November 4, you may want to sign up to vote by mail.

Registered voters have the option to:

  • Vote By Mail Permanently

  • Vote By Mail this Year Only

If you plan to reside at your current address for the next few years and enjoy voting from home, you may want to vote by mail permanently. Registered voters can sign up to vote by mail permanently by completing and returning a Colorado Voter Registration Form.

  • Check the appropriate box to sign up to vote by mail 'permanently'.

Registered voters who will be out of town on Tuesday, November 4, can sign up to vote the General Election by mail by completing and returning a Colorado Voter Registration Form to our office.

  • Check the boxes under the Current Year Mail-in Ballot List for the elections that you wish to vote by mail.

  • If you will be out of town for the General Election, include the address where you would like to receive your ballot.
