Resource specialists and community care coordinators provide information and assistance to older adults and their families in the cities and rural areas of Boulder County. Each community is as diverse and unique as the individuals who live there. The role of each staff person, therefore, is determined by the community they serve. Services include: identifying needs, exploring options, finding solutions and, in some cases, working with the older adult and family members to coordinate care.
