An intensive supervision program for youth at risk of being detained pretrial, pending disposition of the charges, or is used as an Alternative Sentencing option at their sentencing hearing. B.E.S.T. provides services to youth who would otherwise be detained in a locked facility. The program is dedicated to providing the structure, support, and skills necessary for youth to live productive and successful lives in the community. The program philosophy is based on building a positive relationship between the youth and their assigned supervision officer. Behavior is closely monitored to ensure proper services are being provided while the youth remains in the community.
