The various Homeownership Programs in Boulder County have a Common Application Form. You may use this common application to apply for any or all of the Homeownership Programs, which include the following: City of Boulder Homeownership Program, City of Longmont Community Housing Program, Boulder County/Longmont Down Payment Assistance Program, and Thistle Community Housing Land Trust.

To apply, fill out one application and send it to only one program. Your application will be processed and then forwarded to all other programs you have checked on the cover sheet. If you are interested in only one program, please submit you application directly to that program. You may find contact information for the programs on page 9 of the application.
