The Boulder County/Longmont Down Payment Assistance Program provides down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time homebuyers purchasing a home in Boulder County (outside of the Boulder City limits). For first-time, income-eligible homebuyers, up to 8.5% of the purchase price may be borrowed to a maximum of $15,000 for down payment and closing costs.
