Public Housing/Multi-Family/Rural Development


The Boulder County Housing Authority offers several general rental assistance programs: 


BCHA Managed Units

BCHA provides publicly-assisted housing to qualified families, elderly and disabled persons. The units are located throughout Boulder County in the communities of Lafayette, Louisville, Lyons, Gunbarrel, Nederland and Broomfield. Wheelchair units are located at selected sites. Households pay no more than 30% of their income for rent.  Preference is given to families, elderly and disabled persons who live, work or go to school in Boulder County. There is a wait list for assistance. Applicants must meet income limits.

Casa de la Esperanza - Agricultural Worker Subsidized Housing in Longmont, CO

Prime Haven - Senior/Disabled Housing in Nederland, CO
