Mobile Home Rehab Program -
Provides health and
safety repairs to mobile homes within Boulder City limits. This
is a 2-year forgivable loan limited to $7,500 in repair work. To
qualify, you must have an income below the following limits:

Loan Program
-
This program provides low-interest loans (currently 1-3%) to
qualified homeowners within the city limits of Boulder. The
program is for health, safety and code repairs subject to a
maximum of $25,000. The loans can also be applied to repair or
replace Onsite Wastewater Systems, also know as septic systems.
To qualify, you must have an income below the following limits:
