Boulder County Rehab Programs

 

Longs Peak Energy Conservation now manages home rehabilitation programs for the Cities of Boulder, Longmont and Boulder County. Each of these programs has specific requirements that may not be listed here, and all requirements listed or not are subject to change without notice.

Please call LPEC for current information and details, such as income limits for household sizes larger than 3.

City of Boulder Rehab Programs

Mobile Home Rehab Program - Provides health and safety repairs to mobile homes within Boulder City limits. This is a 2-year forgivable loan limited to $7,500 in repair work. To qualify, you must have an income below the following limits:

Loan Program -
This program provides low-interest loans (currently 1-3%) to qualified homeowners within the city limits of Boulder. The program is for health, safety and code repairs subject to a maximum of $25,000. The loans can also be applied to repair or replace Onsite Wastewater Systems, also know as septic systems. To qualify, you must have an income below the following limits:

City of Longmont Rehab Programs

 

The City of Longmont's Home Repair Program is now being run through the City of Longmont.  Please call Molly at 303-651-8530 for more information. 

 

Boulder County Rehab Programs
 

Homeowner Loan Program – Low interest loans (currently 1-3%) are available for qualified homeowners with an income under Boulder County Average Median Income (AMI) for needed health and safety repairs. The maximum available is $25,000

Septic System Loan Program – This program assists qualified individuals in Boulder County outside of boulder or Longmont city limits to repair or replace their septic systems when required by the Boulder County Health Department. Up to $10,000 is available as a low interest loans (currently 1-3%). Qualifications are the same as the Homeowner Loan Program above.  For more information go to www.SepticSmart.org
