Boulder Consumer Affairs Division

The Boulder Consumer Affairs Division of the Boulder District Attorney's Office was established over 25 years ago to enforce Colorado's consumer protection statutes and assist consumers in resolving problems in the marketplace.  Staff members and volunteers are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer questions, provide assistance, and investigate consumer complaints.
