Understanding your Notice of Value

Your property has been compared to similar homes that sold in the 24 month period from July 1,  2012 to June 30,  2014.

2015 NOVs were sent to property owners in Boulder County on May 1, 2015. Property owners will receive a 2016 Notice of Value only if there was some change to the property from 2015. The NOVs are designed to explain the assessment of your property in detail.
