Clerk and Recorder Hillary Hall oversees three divisions:
Motor Vehicle Division
- Titles and registers motor vehicles
- Records motor vehicle liens for Boulder County residents
- Renews vehicle registrations online, by mail and at the office
Recording Division
- Records warranty deeds, deeds of trust, quit claim deeds, liens, and subdivision plats for public notice
- Issues and records marriage licenses
- Provides recorded documents online and at the office
