New Recording Fees – January 1, 2017: As a result of state law (SB16-115), Colorado recording fees will be increased $2 for the first page up from $11 to $13. Each additional page will remain at the current cost of $5 per page. If applicable, to minimize disruptions to your operations, please update your processes accordingly to mitigate against rejected filings. Thank you.
