Treasurer's Office

Treasurer

The Treasurer’s Office collects taxes for real property, mobile homes, and business personal property (business equipment).

The Boulder District Court's ruling in Wibby v. Board of County Commissioners invalidated the formation of the Subdivision Paving Local Improvement District and the imposition of assessments on properties in the District. As such, all liens established under the LID have been released and payments under the LID have been refunded. For more information about LID refunds, escrow readjustment requests, and the release of liens, visit: www.bouldercounty.org/subdivisionpaving.
