 Eco
Pass is an annual transit pass purchased by a company and its employees
or a collection of residences. The pass provides unlimited usage of RTD services. Companies purchase the Eco Pass for all full-time employees, with
an option to include part-time employees. Eco Pass is also tax
deductible to employers and tax free to employees (up to $230/mo or
$2,760 annually).
The neighborhood Eco Pass program can be
started by any contiguous group of residences (houses, condominiums,
apartments, etc.). There is no minimum or maximum size for a
neighborhood, and all full-time members of a household are eligible to
receive the Eco Pass.
Any
business or neighborhood within Boulder County is eligible to purchase Eco Pass!
With this photo ID card, Eco Pass holders are entitled to unlimited rides on RTD transit services, including:

Any local, express or regional
bus.

Boulder's Community Transit Network:
HOP, SKIP, JUMP, BOUND, DASH, STAMPEDE and BOLT.

SkyRide bus service to DIA ($5 to DIA,
free return fare).

"N" bus to Eldora Mountain Ski Resort.

Light Rail.

Using your Eco Pass is easy. Just show
the Eco Pass photo ID card to the bus driver or light rail inspector. Then
take a seat, relax and enjoy the ride.
All Eco Pass cardholders are also
eligible to use the Guaranteed Ride Home program from Ride Arrangers
free of charge. This peace-of-mind program gives cardholders a free taxi ride home in
the event of an emergency, illness or unexpected schedule change that
requires you to work late. Employees may use the Guaranteed Ride
Home program on any day they ride the bus, bike, walk or carpool to
work.

Boulder County is currently offering a multi-year
Eco Pass discount (60% off of the first year's purchase price, 30% off
of the second year's contract price) to
all businesses and neighborhoods signing up for their initial Eco Pass contract. More information about this offering can be
