Military and Overseas Voters


If you are a military or overseas Boulder County voter who has not received a ballot or been contacted by our office and you wish to vote in this November’s election, please contact our office immediately by emailing or by calling 303-413-7740.

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) allows the following to vote in U.S. elections while overseas:

  • U.S. military personnel, eligible spouse and/or dependents
  • U.S. citizens residing outside the United States
