Hours of Operation
- Residential Waste: Wednesday-Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Residents may drop-off waste during this time.
- Business Waste: By appointment ONLY. Businesses must submit application and inventory in advance and receive an appointment date and time prior to delivering waste.
- Closed: Sunday-Tuesday. The facility is closed on County holidays.

Resident Household Hazardous Wastes
Household hazardous wastes are accepted from all residents of Boulder County, City and County of Broomfield, and the Town of Erie at Boulder County’s Hazardous Materials Management Facility. Hazardous wastes are recycled or disposed of properly.
Cost: No charge to drop off household hazardous wastes for Boulder County, City and County of Broomfield, and all Town of Erie residents. Each community pays for the participation of its residents, Boulder County pays for the participation of unincorporated and residents of smaller communities. Proof of residency (for example, your driver's license, vehicle registration, voter identification, tax certificate, lease agreement or utility bill) is required when you drop off your wastes.
Broomfield, Longmont, and Superior hold annual or periodic hazardous waste collection events for their residents, which may be a convenient option. Please call your local town/city hall for details.
Business Wastes
Hazardous waste service for businesses. Businesses are charged a fee to drop-off waste. Business wastes are accepted by appointment only.

Free reusable products are available during open hours, including:

- Garden and yard products
- Home maintenance and cleaning products
- Latex Paint
- Oil-based Paint
Donations
Voluntary cash donations are accepted from residents to help fund the service. A donations box is located at the facility. Tax-deductible receipts are available on request.
