The nurses from Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) visit women in their homes during their first pregnancy and throughout the first two years of their children’s lives.

Learn more about Nurse-Family Partnership at the national level.

Individuals expecting their first baby who meet income guidelines are potentially eligible for the program.

Many working families qualify. Individuals who participate in other programs, such as food stamps, Medicaid, WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), may automatically be income-eligible.

If you are interested in NFP services, you are currently pregnant, and meet the above income guidelines, please contact Jane McKinley at 303-413-7554.

To refer a pregnant woman, please complete a referral form and fax it to 303-413-7505.
