General Distribution Layers
Available to Download

Certain Boulder County GIS Data Layers, are available to download, free of charge, from this website.

All of these layers are in ArcView shapefile format and Boulder County's standard projection and coordinate system. They have a scale of 1:24,000 and are in Colorado State Plane, North Zone projection, based on the 1992 HARN adjustment of the 1982 North American Datum (HPGN NAD 83/92). A projection file is included with each shapefile.

Shapefiles each include existing attribution, data dictionaries, databases, descriptions and other supporting documentation.

All shapefiles are copyrighted by Boulder County and must be identified and labeled as such. Sales or redistribution of any data is not permitted without separate agreements with Boulder County.
