Abstract:
Natural Landmarks and Natural Areas as identified in the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan. The primary goal of Keep It Clean Partnership project is to implement a regional stormwater management program for Boulder County (Boulder Creek and St. Vrain Creek watersheds).Supplemental requirements for yards along major roads from Article 7-1403 of the Land Use Code. Airport Influence areas come from requirements in the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan requiring conformance to Federal Aviation Administration standards for master plans for airports.Telecom Protection is designated as a "Quiet Zone" around Table Mountain. It was created in response to the "Telecommunications Research Facilities of the United States Protection Act" of 1969 and put into the Colorado Revised Statutes at 30-11-601 et seq.Peak-to-Peak Scenic Corridor as identified in Exhibit B of the Boulder County Land Use Code. Per Article 4-806.A.11, in reviewing development proposals in the Peak-to-Peak Scenic Corridor Area, special attention will be paid to the visibility of the development from the Peak-to-Peak Highway, with the intent to ensure development is minimally visible from the Highway.
