Abstract:
Natural Resource Protection Overlay from Article 4-300 of the Land Use Code. Purpose is to protect and conserve critical wildlife habitats, migratory corridors, and wetlands and historic drainage by encouraging compatible proposed development on subdivided lands which have a sketch plan approved prior to 3/22/1978.Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District as defined in Article 4-118 of the Boulder County Land Use Code. See Article 4-118A for Fairview Estates.View Protection Overlay from Article 4-200 of the Land Use Code. Purpose is to provide for reduced height in areas potentially affecting significant views.FEMA DFIRM 100-year floodplain used for regulatory purposes per Article 4-400 of the Land Use Code.
