Human Services Funding

Boulder County has a longstanding commitment to provide financial support to local human services agencies providing necessary safety net services to county residents.

Application Information for 2015

The application for 2015 human services funding opens on Friday, June 13, 2014.  Eligible agencies are 501(c)3 organizations providing health and human services or critical “safety net” services to low-income and/or at-risk or vulnerable populations.  Applicants must apply through the online application system with completed applications submitted no later than 5 pm, Friday, July 11.

Funding requests must fall within one of the following impact areas:
• Preparing low-income and at-risk children and youth for success,
• Improving economic well-being, independence, and self-reliance for adults,
• Meeting basic needs for individuals and families, and
• Building a safer community

Boulder County will only accept one application per one impact area for each agency.

Interested applicants must attend a training prior to completing the applications.

Registration is not required. Nonprofits are invited to attend any of the training sessions listed.

Technical Assistance Sessions:

In person technical assistance will be available during the times below.  The technical assistance sessions do not count toward attendance at a training.
