2009 Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS)
 

This survey is a collaborative effort between Boulder County Public Health and the two local school districts in Boulder County. The data will provide information that will be used to develop and implement school-based and community-based strategies to help protect and enhance the well-being of our county’s school-age youth.

Student names are not asked for on the survey or on the answer sheet, and all answers given are kept strictly confidential.

Participation in the survey is totally voluntary. If someone is uncomfortable answering a particular question, they have the option of leaving it blank.
