At Boulder County Public Health (BCPH), volunteers are our "public health partners" who play a vital role in
maintaining and promoting public health in our communities. The Volunteer Services Program
recruits and places volunteers and interns in programs throughout BCPH.
Each year,
several hundred volunteers and interns from all over Boulder County and area colleges work with
BCPH staff. They support clients in
Detox, work in
outreach activities, and mentor a GENESIS client. Whatever your
skills or interest, we have a place for you as part of our public health
team.
Medical Reserve Corps
Boulder County Public Health (BCPH) is currently recruiting medical and
non-medical staff who will be identified and trained volunteers serving
the county during a large-scale emergency, such as pandemic influenza.
