Intensive Teen Outpatient Program (ITOP)
ITOP works with teenagers, ages 14 to 17, who have abused alcohol and drugs, are
involved with the juvenile justice system, and are at risk for out-of-home placement.
The
goal is to reduce or eliminate alcohol and drug use among these teens through evaluation,
assessment, individual and group counseling, and case management services.
Parents are
encouraged to participate in group therapy, and may also be referred for individual
treatment and support.
