Special Connections

Any pregnant or parenting woman who is abusing alcohol or drugs is eligible for the Specialized Women's Services and Special Connections Programs. Staff provides individual and group counseling, education, and case management services. 

The Special Connections Program is a free service or women on Medicaid who are currently using substances.

We can provide you with support while you’re pregnant and until your baby’s first birthday. We help with:
