Public Health (BCPH)

Addiction Recovery Division
The Addiction Recovery Center (ARC) located in Boulder, Colorado, is facilitated by the BCPH Addiction Recovery Division, and provides both inpatient and outpatient services in locations throughout the county.

Tobacco Education & Prevention Partnership (TEPP)
The goal of this program is to create a healthy, smoke-free environment for all residents of Boulder County.

HIV Testing & Counseling and STI Information
Boulder County Public Health staff provides confidential or anonymous HIV testing, counseling, and education to individuals in an outreach and clinic-based setting.
