2008 Summer Clean Air
Challenge Contest. It’s not too late to join!
Drive Less, Drive Clean & Drive Smart!
Beginning June 25 (Bike to Work Day) through August
31, leave your car at home and take the challenge to find alternative
forms of transportation to work. Participants earn one point for each
day alternative transportation is used. You can join in and record your
points at any time during the contest period.
How the Contest Works
- Click on the “Pledge”
link, fill in your information, and submit the completed form.
- Keep track of the days in June, July, and
August when you use alternative transportation. Participants earn
one point for each day alternative transportation is used.
- Points should be entered on the 15th and 31st of
July and August, but can be entered at a later date until the end of
the contest period. An e-mail with a link to the points webpage will be
sent to remind participants to log in their points for the specified
time period.
