$15/person
(either collected at time of class or
by invoice)
Additional STAR classes may be available on-site at your
establishment. The requirement for an on-site class is a minimum
of 10 people in attendance, or $150.00. For more information, call

Materials
A packet of information on the topics
covered, a test taken after the class, and a food handler’s card
will be take-home items. Please bring a pen or pencil to class.
Location
All classes are held at 3482 Broadway,
Boulder, CO 80304 in the Public Health Offices, Sundquist
Building.
