Recreation and River Protection
Tuesday August 23rd, Boulder - At 6:30 PM the Boulder Creek Watershed
Initiative (BCWI) is hosting its monthly public outreach forum at the Boulder
Public Library on Canyon Boulevard. The title of this month's forum is
"Recreation and River Protection".
Representatives from local fishing and boating companies will
give a brief presentation about their businesses and then will participate in a
panel discussion. Topics to be discussed will include recreational use,
recreational economics, minimum stream flows, and the future of recreation and
rivers.
BCWI is dedicated to informing the community about water
resources and
issues that affect the health of the Boulder Creek Watershed.
