Individual Homeowners
Longs Peak Energy Conservation
A low-interest loan program is available to help low-to
moderate-income households construct or repair onsite
wastewater systems (OWS). In
collaboration with Boulder County Public Health, Longs Peak
Energy Conservation will guide applicants through a process
that can help them to afford adequate wastewater treatment.
