NextMajor Repair

If your system does not have a final approval date or you’re replacing or updating a significant part of your system (leach field), you will need a Major Repair permit.

To get this permit, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Hire a licensed professional to complete a soil test and analysis.

STEP 2: Complete and submit an application for a Major Repair permit to Boulder County Public Health.

STEP 3: Schedule and complete a site inspection with Boulder County Public Health.
